UK Next Day Delivery – order before 1pm (£7.99)

Next Day orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day with Royal Mail (Special Next Day Delivery by 1pm).
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday, for delivery by 1pm the next working day (Monday–Saturday).

⚠️ Due to import restrictions in Dubai and the wider UAE, we are unable to ship adult toys to these destinations. If your order includes these products, they will be cancelled and refunded promptly.

Dispatch Times – 24–48 hours
All in-stock orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday), except for Next Day Delivery orders, which are prioritised, and all pre-orders.

Pre-Orders – 5–14 business days
Pre-orders are dispatched within 5–14 business days from the date of your order. For UK customers, in-stock items will be shipped separately so you don’t have to wait for your pre-order to arrive. For international customers, the full order will be shipped together once pre-order items are back in stock.

Discreet Packaging
All orders are packaged discreetly in plain grey mailing bags or plain boxes with no company logo.

There’s no need to worry about discretion on your bank statement. For most banks, your payment will appear as ‘SP PG Limited’. Please note that if you use certain online banks such as Starling or Monzo, your debit or credit card statement may display our full business name.

Delivery Estimates
International delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, except for Express delivery services. If your delivery is more than 10 working days overdue for UK orders, or more than 20 working days overdue for international orders (from the date of dispatch), please contact us so we can investigate.

Weekend & Bank Holiday Orders
Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday are dispatched on Monday, with estimated delivery in the UK on Wednesday/Thursday. Our delivery timescales are based on Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays. Bank Holiday orders are processed the next working day.

Address Accuracy & Re-Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address and any delivery instructions are entered correctly. Any parcels returned due to invalid addresses or unclaimed parcels will incur a re-delivery charge, payable by the customer. Please contact us if you would like your order re-delivered.

Paypal Orders
If you made your payment via PayPal and encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team first and we will do everything we can to resolve it.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES 

Refunds & Exchanges – within 14 days
We understand that sometimes purchases don’t work out. We offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

At this time, we can only accept returns within the UK due to high customs charges.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on hosiery (if the seal is broken and the bag has been opened), adult toys (if the seal is broken), or clearance items. Hosiery includes all nylon stockings, hold-ups, tights, and bodystockings (except spandex tights and bodystockings). Any attempted returns of hosiery, adult toys, or clearance items will be recycled, and no refund will be issued.

Return Conditions
All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and free from makeup, perfume, or deodorant. Items must include the original tags, packaging, and your receipt.

How to Make a Return
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please print and complete our returns slip (or, if you cannot print, write the details on paper). Include your order number, reason for return, and whether you’d like a refund or exchange.

Exchanges
We offer free UK exchanges. If you’d like to swap your item for another size, please include this information with your return and we will ship the replacement as soon as your parcel is received — free of charge.

Proof of Postage
Please obtain proof of postage when returning items. All goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend using a recorded/tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for returns that do not arrive.

Postage Costs
We are unable to cover return postage costs unless the item is faulty. Please note that the original postage cost will also be deducted from your refund if you return your entire order.

Faulty Items
If your item is faulty (e.g. a manufacturing fault), please contact us as soon as possible at customerservices@pinkgrapes.co.uk and we will resolve this for you.

Processing Time
Please allow up to 14 working days for us to receive and process your return. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
