Founded in 2020, PinkGrapes is an independent UK online retailer bringing together lingerie, hosiery, fashion and adult products in one place.
What began as a lingerie business has grown into a much wider collection, from tights, stockings, bodystockings and statement clothing to products designed for pleasure, intimacy and self exploration.
We believe shopping for something that makes you feel good should feel completely normal. Our customers include individuals and couples of all genders, backgrounds and sexual orientations, and our aim is simple: to offer exciting products that encourage confidence, curiosity and self expression without judgement.
PinkGrapes has grown by listening to what our customers actually want. Many of the categories we sell today developed naturally from discovering new communities, interests and products along the way rather than trying to fit PinkGrapes into one particular box.
We also believe great products do not need inflated price tags or elaborate packaging. We keep things simple and practical, focusing on the product itself rather than expensive boxes, glossy booklets and unnecessary extras. More product, less packaging โ and better value for you.
Today, we serve customers across the UK and around the world, with every order sent in plain, discreet packaging.
As an independent business, we are constantly searching for interesting new products and developing our collections while staying true to what PinkGrapes has been about from the beginning: helping people feel good, explore what they enjoy and express themselves in their own way.
Meet the Founder
I am Amber, founder of PinkGrapes.
My path to starting PinkGrapes was not exactly a conventional one. I studied law at university and went on to work in both the police and solicitors' firms before taking a very different direction into modelling. Much of my modelling work was lingerie based, with my work appearing in a number of publications, including Playboy, and I developed a real love for beautiful lingerie and the confidence that comes with wearing it.
At 35, I decided to start something of my own, and in 2020 PinkGrapes was born. Lingerie was where it all began.
I soon started selling stockings to complement the lingerie sets and through doing that I discovered a side of the hosiery world I had never really known existed โ the nylon fetish community.
That introduced me to products such as nylon bodystockings and opened my eyes to just how varied people's tastes, interests and reasons for buying lingerie and hosiery could be.
What started as a lingerie business gradually evolved. I began expanding the hosiery collection, introducing more bodystockings and statement clothing, and listening to what customers were actually looking for rather than trying to fit PinkGrapes into one particular category.
Later, after becoming single myself, I began looking at the adult toy market from a completely different perspective. It felt like a natural next step for PinkGrapes โ products for pleasure and intimacy could sit alongside lingerie, hosiery and clothing without feeling intimidating or uncomfortable to shop for.
Today, PinkGrapes has customers of all genders and sexual orientations, from individuals buying something for themselves to couples exploring together.
As a woman building a business in an industry that has traditionally had a strong male presence, I wanted to bring my own perspective to the products we stock and the way we present them. PinkGrapes is not about telling people what they should like. It is about giving people the freedom to discover what they like without judgement.
I am also a parent, and I have built PinkGrapes alongside raising my child. Although the business has grown enormously since 2020, it is still an independent business with a real person behind it. I remain closely involved in everything from choosing products and creating content to marketing and deciding where PinkGrapes goes next.
What began with my love of lingerie has grown into something I could never have predicted when I started.
