Orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours, except next day delivery and all pre-orders.
All pre-orders will be dispatched within 5-14 business days from the date of your order.
We offer discreet packaging. All orders are packaged in grey mailing bags with no company logo.
International orders delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed, except express delivery.
If your delivery is more than 10 working days (for UK orders) or 20 working days (for international orders) overdue (from the date your order was dispatched), please contact us. We will then do everything we can to track down your order.
If your order is placed after 12pm on a Friday your order will be dispatched on Monday for estimated delivery on Tuesday/Wednesday in the UK.
Our delivery time scale is based on Monday - Friday and we do not include weekends as a working day.
UK Bank holiday orders will be processed the next working day.
Please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly.
Any parcels returned due to invalid addresses or any unclaimed parcels will incur a re-delivery charge including a £5 administration fee, payable by the customer. Please contact us if you would like your order to be re-delivered.
If you have made a payment via Paypal and have an issue with your order, please contact our customer service first and we will do everything to resolve it.
You may receive your order in different packages at different times if you have placed a pre-order as well as purchased our in stock items.
Pink Grapes is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges for international orders.
Please contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties, taxes or fees.
Can I return my item for a refund or exchange?
Pink Grapes understands that occasionally we all make spontaneous purchases that we aren’t 100% happy with. Therefore we offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days.
We currently only offer returns within the UK due to high custom charges.
We do not accept returns for any hosiery (if the package seal is broken) and clearance items. Hosiery items include all nylon stockings, tights and bodystockings (except spandex bodystockings). Any final clearance items and hosiery which are attempted to be returned will be recycled accordingly and no refund will be issued.
How to make a return?
All we ask is that the item is unworn, undamaged, free of make up, perfume or deodorants, with your receipt and the original tags and packaging.
If you wish to return any part of your order you can do so within 14 days of the receipt of the parcel.
You can find our returns slip here. Please fill in the returns slip with the details of your return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange item. Don’t forget to include your reason for returning the item – please see the form for the list of reasons. If you cannot print the returns slip, please write all information on a slip of paper.

We offer FREE UK exchanges on all or part of your order. Please include the reason for returning the item and whether you wish to exchange to a smaller or bigger size. We will ship this to you as soon as your return is received - FREE OF CHARGE within the UK.
Please ensure to obtain ‘proof of postage'. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Pink Grapes. We always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us. We are unable to cover return postage costs unless your item is faulty. Please note the original postage price will be deducted from your refund.
If you receive faulty goods, such as manufacturing faults then please contact us via email as soon as possible
Please allow up to 14 working days for us to receive and process returned items. The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.
