RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

COVID-19 is having an effect all around the world, and due to measures put in place to safeguard our team and our couriers there will be some delays to our delivery services. Please allow extra time for your order to reach you (in particular outside the United Kingdom).

 

UK Shipping

UK standard delivery - 2-4 days (£3.50)

Standard UK orders are shipped Monday - Friday with Royal Mail/MyHermes. ​

No tracking information available - 2nd class postage.

Free standard delivery for orders over £60

 

UK next day delivery – order before 12pm (£8.99)

UK Next Day orders are shipped Monday - Friday with Royal Mail.  

Tracking information available - next day delivery by 1pm.

Free next day delivery for orders over £100

UK Saturday delivery - order before 12pm (£12.99)

UK Saturday delivery orders are shipped Monday - Friday with Royal Mail.  

Tracking information available - next day delivery.

Worldwide Shipping

 

International standard (Europe) 5-7 working days (£13.99)

INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped with Royal Mail.

International standard (USA and Canada) 5-7 working days (£20.99)

INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped with Royal Mail.

International standard (rest of the world) 5-7 working days (£19.99)

Orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours, except next day delivery and Saturday delivery.

 If your delivery is more than 10 working days overdue, please contact us. We will then do everything we can to track down your order.

If your order is placed after 12pm on a Friday your order will be dispatched on Monday for estimated delivery on Thursday.

Our delivery time scale is based on Monday - Friday and we do not include weekends as a working day. 

Bank holiday orders will be processed the next working day.

Please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly.

Any parcels returned due to invalid addresses will incur a re-delivery charge, payable by the customer. 

Pink Grapes is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges for international orders.

Please contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties, taxes or fees. 

 

RETURNS

Can I return my item for a refund or exchange?


Pink Grapes understands that occasionally we all make spontaneous purchases that we aren’t 100% happy with. Therefore we offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days. We currently only offer returns within the UK due to high custom charges. 

 

How to make a return?

 

All we ask is that the item is unworn, undamaged, free of make up, perfume or deodorants, with your receipt and the original tags and packaging.

If you wish to return any part of your order you can do so within 14 days of the receipt of the parcel. 

 

Please fill in the returns slip included in your package with the details of your return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange item. Don’t forget to include your reason for returning the item – please see the form for the list of reasons. If there is no label or returns form in your parcel, please contact us at customerservices@pinkgrapes.co.uk

We offer FREE exchanges on all or part of your order. Please include the reason for returning the item and whether you wish to exchange to a smaller or bigger size. We will ship this to you as soon as your return is received - FREE OF CHARGE. 

 

Please ensure to obtain ‘proof of postage'. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Pink Grapes. We always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us. We are unable to cover return postage costs unless your item is faulty. Please note the original postage price will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow up to 14 working days for us to receive and process returned items. The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

We do not accept returns for clearance items or flower/gift boxes. Any final clearance items or flower/gift boxes which are attempted to be returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to the sender.
